The Process

Step 1 

  • Call in, email or phone to make a booking.

  • At appointment time, select a beer from our extensive range of over 195 beers. Our staff then provide you with the recipe of your choice. You then follow the simple instructions on the recipe sheet and measure out the malts, grains and hops.

  • After brewing time of approximately 60 minutes, transfer your beer into a fermenter and pitch the yeast to start the fermenting process

  • Confirm a date/time for bottling at least two weeks from brewing date and make payment.
